We are your Macaroni KID Temecula-Murrieta-French Valley Publishers! We spend all our time searching so you can spend more time doing! Meet Ashley Cunningham, Arielle Parfait and Charlene Lee, Publishers for Macaroni Kid Temecula-Murrieta-French Valley.

Ashley is a local wife, and mom to two kids, Emily age 12 and Jackson age 9. She wants to use this opportunity to continue to learn more about family fun in our community, meet other families, help local businesses thrive, and create a community where families can find resources, activities, and some fun giveaways too! Ashley has her Law Degree in Non Profit and Public Organizational Management and her BS in Family Studies. She is the Founder and President of an all volunteer foster-based dog rescue Barks of Love and is a Board Member for Pearl Center for Creative Arts and Think Ahead Kids Foundation. Ashley received the City of Murrieta Volunteer of the Year Award in 2022. Her passion is for philanthropy and she uses Macaroni Kid as a way to share resources and ways to give back to nonprofits in our local community. Ashley has planned and executed several local events including the Holiday Hugs Market and Toy Drive benefitting Hugs Foster Agency collecting over 250 toys for local foster children, the Pawliday Vegan Market and Charity Pet Supply Drive for Barks of Love and Animal Friends of the Valley, Stuff the Bus and Cinema Under the Stars Event to secure donations for children in need from the Temecula and Murrieta Valley School Districts, and many more!

Arielle is also a local wife, and mom of 5 (soon to be 6) Malachi age 16, Isaiah age 14, Harmony age 12, Amaya age 3 and her step daughter Laila age 17 who gets to visit from out of state every summer and during holidays. Arielle is a Navy Veteran along with her husband, a prior ESL (English as a second language) teacher, a prior cheerleading coach, and crafter. Arielle is originally from Hawaii where she was born and raised. She has a BS in Criminal Justice. She has lived and worked in Florida, San Diego, Louisiana and Hawaii after joining the military at age 18, but has now settled in Murrieta where her family has now been residing for the last 7 years. She enjoys connecting with others, introducing her children to all that our area has to offer and sharing all these opportunities with other families so everyone in our community can help each other thrive. She's helped coordinate local events such as Summer Playfest, Magical Mornings and The Education and Homeschool Expo and others. She is also the Volunteer Coordinator for Barks of Love.

Charlene is a local stay-at-home mama to two toddlers Ariana (5) and Dominic (3). Her husband is active duty Navy, their family moved from Oceanside to Menifee in 2021. Charlene is SoCal born, but grew up all over the world due to her dad serving 22 years in the Air Force. She has her BS in Kinesiology focusing on therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation, as well as her AS in Biotechnology. She is a huge dog lover and her family has fostered 7 dogs to adoption in the past couple of years for non-profit dog rescue Barks of Love, and is actively still fostering. Her love for helping dogs in need led her to taking on the foster coordinator role at the beginning of 2023. She has enjoyed living in the Inland Empire and loves making new connections in the community. Charlene is so excited to bring her own perspectives to share even more local insights and family-friendly events. On her downtime, she enjoys binging documentaries and kdramas, or looking for the next food/boba spot to try out!

All 3 of us have seen first hand how publications like Macaroni KID Temecula-Murrieta-French Valley make a difference for local families and are excited to continue to be involved on a local level here in the Temecula, Murrieta, French Valley area and the surrounding areas!
