TEMECULA ON ICE

Temecula On Ice is open for another week! They have a state-of-the-art ice rink, rental skates, Bobby skating aid, and its own radio station playing the best ice-skating music. The ice rink is open until JAN 8, 2023 in the Town Square Park (41902 Main Street).

Daily Rink Hours

  • Sunday-Thursday 10:00 am - 9:30 pm
  • Friday-Saturday 10:00 am - 11:00 pm

Fee

  • $19 Admission (includes skate rental)
  • $10 Bobby skating aid

Discounts

  • $16 Veterans w/ military ID and College Students w/ valid ID

ART OFF THE WALLS Featuring Passionate Voices

Begin a new year of art and culture at Art Off The Walls! The City of Temecula Community Services Department – Art & Culture hosts the outdoor Art Off The Walls event every first Friday of the month, showcasing art from a variety of artists exhibiting in multi-genre forms. In conjunction with this event, there is a reception for featured artists inside The Merc with live music and refreshments. Art Off The Walls is housed exclusively at The Merc and The Lot on Main (42051 Main Street).


The Gallery at The Merc features, Passionate Voices, by local Temecula artist Sydney Edmond. Sydney Edmond is an artist and poet who has autism and apraxia. Her gallery shows people who are passionate about their culture, their arts, their politics, and their humanity. These are all things that inspire her to paint and she hopes will inspire her audience. This exhibit will be available for viewing from WED, JAN 4, 2023 through SUN, JAN 29, 2023.

IKEBANA DEMONSTRATION - Temecula Valley Museum

JAN 21, 2023

Traditional Ikebana ("arranging flowers" or "making flowers alive") dates to the 7th century when floral offerings were made at altars. Join instructor Virginie Pesch on SAT, JAN 21, 2023 from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm for a demonstration of the art of Japanese flower arranging in the style of Sangetsu school.





SKATE PARK - SCOOTER JAM

JAN 21, 2023

Come out to the Temecula Skate Park (42569 Margarita Road) on SAT, JAN 21, 2023 for our Jam Series! The Scooter Jam event goes from 9:00 am - 11:00 am. There will be music, refreshments, prize drawings, and giveaways. A parent/guardian is required to register each child attending. Please bring your scooter and appropriate gear - helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads. Parents may watch from the designated spectator area. This event is for ages 17 & Under. Event fee is $5 per participant. Pre-registration is encouraged.
