Are Doggie Doughnuts safe for my dog to eat?

These products have been specifically designed for dogs of all sizes and ages by professional pet treat artisans who all have a love for dogs. These products ARE NOT a replacement for dog food and they ARE NOT a doughnut designed for human consumption. Older dogs with fragile teeth may find the treat difficult to chew, however, they will get softer the longer they chew or suck on them and are safe for your pet to consume.

What benefits do Doggie Doughnuts have for my dog?

They are a firm cookie, or hard, baked cookie designed to appeal to dogs, as dogs like to chew on hard items. Their jaws are designed to do so. Older dogs with fragile teeth may find the cookie difficult to chew on at first however, the cookie is designed to get softer the longer they chew or suck on them. Another benefit is that the cookie provides mental stimulation. It is a great chance to get them to sit or do some activity in order for them to earn the dog treat.

What breed of dog are these cookies designed for?

The Huds and Toke Krispy Kreme Inspired Doggie Doughnuts are designed for all breeds both big and small. Of course, the larger your dog, the stronger their jaws; thus it’s logical to understand that the stronger their jaws, the quicker they will eat this one, and be begging you for another one!
For Puppies with sensitive teeth, or for older dogs who may have fragile or missing teeth, they can simply suck and chew on the cookie. The longer they suck and chew, the softer the cookie will get. So don’t worry if they take some time to eat it. In fact, sometimes this is the best way to enjoy a treat.
If you do have a smaller dog breed, or a young puppy, you can always break this cookie into smaller pieces to make it easier for them to eat.

Do they need refrigeration?

They do not require refrigeration regardless of the temperature.

How long do they last?

These doggie doughnuts last for 12 months.

What if a person eats these Doggie Doughnuts?

These products are made with human-grade ingredients. They could cause a choking hazard for small children. If you have concerns about accidental ingestion, please contact your health care professional.

How do I give them to my dog?

This is entirely up to you and how much fun you want to have with your dog. Many people use these products as a tool for rewarding good behavior or for simply showing them how much you adore their company. They can also be used as a training tool. These Doggie Doughnuts have been designed to be given as one at a time, however, you can also break them in half and give at your leisure.
