Mighty Me is specifically geared towards those individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. The Program is FREE and is designed for all abilities and capabilities. The Program is structured to have regular meetings during the year to try different activities. Some activities include: gameshow fun, fitness/movement, socializing, karaoke, dance parties, and crafts.
