Chipotle Mexican Grill is opening its Wildomar location Friday, Dec. 29, a spokesperson for the chain announced. The new location features a drive-thru lane where guests can pick up digital orders without leaving their cars. During the grand opening, guests can try the fan-favorite carne asada, which is only available for a limited time. The restaurant is located at 24032 Clinton Keith Road in Wildomar.
Chipotle's Head Chef, Nevielle Panthaky, offered his thoughts on the frequently requested menu item. Panthaky recommends ordering a Carne Asada Quesadilla with fajita veggies and sides of cilantro lime white rice, black beans, and sour cream for dipping.
