The apartment complex, previously known as Silverado Apartment Homes, will now be called Bell Murrieta Springs. This acquisition is part of Bell Partners' Value Add Fund VIII, a strategy focused on buying properties that need a little TLC, improving them, and then selling them for a profit.
Nickolay Bochilo, the Chief Investment Officer at Bell Partners, expressed his excitement about the deal, despite the current challenging market conditions. He credited the success of the acquisition to the company's local expertise and market research. Lili Dunn, the President and CEO of Bell Partners, added that the planned upgrades would enhance the living experience for both current and future residents.

The complex, which was completed in 2007, offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with an average size of 948 square feet.
