Fourth of July Restaurant Specials: Takeout & Dine-In Deals 2024

Celebrate America with special pricing and menu items on offer for Independence Day week in CA.

Fire up the grill, break out the sparklers and stock the cooler — the Fourth of July is nearly upon us.

But if you're feeling like you'd rather leave the prep, cooking and cleanup to someone else, you're in luck. Restaurants across California are offering generous discounts, special menus and new food and drink items in celebration of Independence Day.

Here's a roundup of some of the best offers, including some that extend before and after the holiday:

Del Frisco’s Grille: From June 30 to July 7, Del Frisco's $60-a-head Fourth of July Prix Fixe menu offers a choice of starter (including a wedge salad, Thai pork meatballs and deviled eggs), entree (lemon dill salmon, filet mignon and roasted chicken) and dessert (cheesecake, flourless chocolate torte and Nutella bread pudding).

Del Taco: It's not just Tuesday that's taco night at Del Taco: The chain's Thursday-night special coincides with the 4th of July this year. Customers can get three of Del Taco's fan-favorite Grilled Chicken Tacos for $3.19.

Rock & Brews: The chain's locations will be offering live music, $4 Sam Adams Summer Ale pints and special $17.76 pricing on its BBQ Trio meal.

Applebees Grill & Bar: The chain is celebrating summer nights with half-priced appetizers for late-night diners all season long, offering favorites like boneless wings, spinach and artichoke dip and mozzarella sticks. Participation, selection, price and timing varies by location.

Aquarium of the Pacific: The Long Beach aquarium is offering a buffet-style BBQ lunch with admission, with reservations available from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Baked by Melissa: Offering nationwide delivery on a wide variety of cupcakes, Baked by Melissa is sweetening the holiday with an offer for $20 off a 100-pack of cupcakes, including the seasonal "Party in the USA" pack.

Baskin-Robbins: Summertime means ice cream time, and Baskin-Robbins has several deals to keep customers cool. The chain is offering 50 percent off a second order of sundaes with the code BEACHDAY. Customers can get $5 off a Polar Pizza Ice Cream Treat with the code FIREWORK and $2.50 off any milkshake with the code COOL.

BJ's Brewhouse: As part of an ongoing promotion, diners can get a free signature Pizookie with the purchase of any appetizer when they order online with code FREEPIZOOKIE. The chain is also offering half-priced appetizers on all takeout orders, a $10 off $40 coupon and a $5 monthly Pizookie pass.

Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steakhouse: Available from July 4-7, Del Frisco's is offering a chef's special. The $150 dinner-for-two includes a 32 oz. tomahawk steak, lobster whipped mashed potatoes and creamed spinach.

Krispy Kreme: Wear red, white and blue and get a free glazed doughnut. The doughnut purveyor is also offering a slate of specialty doughnuts for the holiday, topped with the colors of the season and edible decorations like sparklers, rocket candy and patriotic sprinkles.

Marco's Pizza: The pizza chain, with locations across SoCal, is offering a free 2-liter bottle of Starry for customers who order a large Fiery Pizza and Cheezybread. with the code FREESTARRY.

Morton's The Steakhouse: From June 30 to July 7, Morton's is offering a special prix-fixe menu for two, priced at $139. Diners can choose from a selection of starters, entree, toppers, accompaniments and desserts.

Smashburger: The burger chain is offering $1 tots with the purchase of any entree every Thursday — including Independence Day — through July 11.
