Originally started as a way to bring joy to the kids in our community during the challenging times of COVID, our Boo Bag Project has become a beloved tradition that we’re excited to continue. This year marks our first-ever Boo Basket Project, where we will deliver BOO bags to 100 families in and around Temecula, Murrieta, and French Valley.
We are looking for sponsors to join us in spreading Halloween cheer to our community. Your sponsorship dollars will go directly towards supplies, items for each bag, and the time and delivery efforts required to make this event a success.
Why Sponsor the Boo Basket Project?
- Community Engagement: Your business will be tagged in every post during our delivery process, reaching a broad audience across our social media platforms.
- Visibility: You will be featured on our "You've Been BOO'ed" sheet, which goes into each bag. The original 100 families we deliver to are then encouraged to "BOO" 2-3 additional families, meaning your business will be seen by over 200 families and beyond.
- Marketing Reach: Your business will also be featured in our newsletter, which reaches over 3,700 subscribers, and as a sponsor on our website. With over 6,100 followers on Instagram, you’ll gain significant exposure.
Sponsorship Levels
Candy Sponsor - $100
- 10 Slots Available
- Your business will be featured on the BOO Bag Sheet, our website, and tagged during our deliveries and mentions of the Boo Bags.
- Each Candy Sponsor must supply 100 non-food items to be included in each bag.
Pumpkin Sponsor - $250
- 3 Slots Available
- As a Premier Sponsor, your business will receive priority placement on the BOO Bag Sheets, first tagging during deliveries, and mentions of the Boo Bags.
- Each Pumpkin Sponsor must supply 100 non-food items to be included in each bag.
Boo Bag Content - $50
- Add items such as a coupon or business card to each Sponsor bag.
- Supply 100 non-food items for inclusion in each bag.
- Your logo will not be included on the BOO Bag Sheet, nor will your business be tagged during deliveries.
This is a fun and unique way to promote your business while supporting our community during one of the most beloved holidays of the year.
