Josie’s Sweet Bites was born from a passion for making delicious Brazilian deserts known as “brigadeiro” (pronounced: bree-gah-day-roh). Our brigadeiros are made from condensed milk, cream, and premium Belgian chocolate. The confection is hand-rolled into bon-bon or truffle-sized balls then covered with various ingredients to create a perfect bite-sized gourmet treat.
Guided by an international palate commonly found in Southern California, we fuse unique ingredients from around the world to create the most exciting flavors and textures. To achieve optimal flavor, our brigadeiros are made from fresh, premium ingredients.
Josie’s Sweet Bites makes everything in small batches in French Valley, California. We want to give our customers a unique experience with fresh, handcrafted truffles. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and showcase the delicious possibilities of brigadeiros.
