You’ll learn about the tools of the trade, how to feed your starter how to make a dough and more! It’s an easy environment to ask all the questions while having some fun!

Advanced Whisk workshop

In this workshop you will elevate your sourdough game by learning about high hydration dough. In this workshop we will go over high hydration dough as well as add ins, lamination coil folds and different types of Bulk fermentation. Troubleshoot any past issues you may have had too! You will need a banneton for a high hydration dough. I have some linked in my Amazon products through my website if you'd like. The Sassy Sourdough will provide you with a high hydration dough recipe that she will have you mix up at home prior so we can work with the dough and do the add ins during the workshop.
