Wildfire Preparedness: A Message from the City Manager

With multiple wildfires impacting Southern California and beyond, Temecula residents and businesses are urged to follow these three critical steps for wildfire preparedness:

  1. Sign up for emergency alerts at TemeculaCA.gov/Alerts. Make sure your family and employees are informed.
  2. Clear debris and landscape away from your home or business to create defensible space, which helps firefighters protect your property. For more tips, visit fire.ca.gov/home-hardening and readyforwildfire.org.
  3. Prepare emergency supplies for your household, including a go-bag in case of evacuation.
